Social Content FAQ's
How quickly do we receive the videos?
We always aim to ship the videos all together, typically within 24-72 hours.
Are the videos optimized for Tiktok & Instagram?
The social content videos will all be filmed in a vertical format suited for Tiktok and Instagram reels, it can also be filmed in Landscape if requested prior.
Can you post while we are still travelling?
We will confirm at time of booking if you are happy for us to post content as soon as it is ready from the EPP account.
If the answer is yes, a collaboration request will be sent to pre-planned accounts (1 collaboration spot will be reserved for the golf course) (Instagram Specific).
Do we receive all the RAW footage?
This is an optional add-on that you can request at the time of consultation ahead of payment.
